The most up to date map can be found here https://papalvisitphiladelphia.wordpress.com/category/maps15 MAP FENCE

This map is the final version for the Security Perimeter and Fencing to be used for the Pope’s visit in September. The red outlines are completely fenced off areas, metal detectors will be used to gain access to these areas. The black outline shows where no cars will be allowed on the streets. The yellow lines are emergency vehicle access roads, no parking is allowed on these streets. The green lines are the outside edge of the security perimeter.

The first of two downtown security zones will go into effect around the Benjamin Franklin Parkway at 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, with limited access for pedestrians the following morning. Another security zone will go into effect around Independence Mall at 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25.

Both zones will open at 6 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 26, about 3 hours before Francis is scheduled to land at the airport. Each zone will have a secondary perimeter extending a few blocks out in all directions where screening is not required but vehicles, including those parked on the street, are still banned.
